L'Apogée Courchevel's kitchen is excited and proud to introduce its team: Chef Jean-Luc Lefrançois, Chef Pâtissière Eve Moncorger and Géraud Tournier, both Head Sommelier and Food and Beverage Manager.

Eve Moncorger is in love with fresh produce, she is renowned for both her artistry and her ability to create a whirl of delicious flavours that are feminine and refined.

Jean-Luc Lefrançois is often inspired by the Savoie region’s ingredients from mountain cheese, wild mushrooms and la viande de grisons. His approach is light, simple, precise and creative; which is especially manifest in the Japanese cuisine he is creating at Koori, his very personal passion.

Géraud Tournier was brought up in the South of France and combines a sensitivity of the terroir with his extraordinary knowledge of wine. This passionate trio looks forward to delighting all with the finest gastronomic experience in Courchevel 1850.
